My boyfriend surprised me with a room here, and I loved it! The decor is great and the location is even better! Staff was very friendly. I especially loved the bath ammenities. I ended up buying some for myself, and my boyfriend bought the pillows. The bed was super comfortable!

This is a great hotel. Meet every one of my needs. Great decor and atmosphere. Very comfortable. Rooms are pretty big and the bathrooms are beautiful. Worth every penny

We found the whatever/whenever policy to be a great marketing tool only. We had reserved one of the nicest rooms in the hotel for the benefit of having a hot tub with our room. When we got there, there was no hot tub. Beyond this little mishap, which did get fixed, the room was nice until the couple staying in the room next to us checked into the hotel. We could here everything: TV, conversation. With all the nice hotels in New Orleans we will not go back to the W.

Great location! Beds were outstanding. Only real complaint I have is parking was 29+3.42 tax! A little much, even in a big city. Otherwise everything was great.

THis has very minimalist decor which my daughter loved. The beds were super comfortable. The shower is some type of granite or slate with great water pressure. It felt like showering under a waterfall. The location is perfect. No onsite fitness center, and I didn't feel safe walking at night.
