The drainage problem in the bathroom. Billing system needs to be more accurate. They charged prior customer's internet service charge on our bill.

They let us check in early and let us check out late. The location was great we walked everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and very comfortable.

Great location, Riverwalk, French Quarter, casino, in walking distance.

No parking had to valet for 32 bucks.

Guests who have stayed at the Doubletree Hotel New Orleans have posted several happy reviews online. Many of them mentioned the warm chocolate chip cookies characteristic of the Doubletree welcome. Some complained that the hotel was overpriced, or not up to Doubletree standards but the rooms were clean, and guests loved the location. There are several reports of friendly and helpful staff members and for a tourist city like New Orleans, I can't take pricing complaints seriously. This hotel is beautiful and for clean, friendly service downtown, I would definitely recommend the Doubletree Hotel New Orleans.
