This is my second stay at the Marriott Courtyard in New Orleans and when I made the reservations the 2nd time I inquired about parking and was told that Courtyard Marriott had FREE Parking when I would park my own vehicle. When I arrived, the Bellman informed me that the free parking would cost me 18.00 per day vs 23.00 per day Valet Parking. It is a little confusing to be told FREE Parking is available and find that it will cost 18.00 and 23.00 per day. Other than that, my second stay at the Courtyard Marriott was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and I. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I extend my THANKS to that staff.

Listed this hotel as having parking paid for. It was not. An extra $24 per night. Valet parking service took 45 minutes to get our car and it wasn't even busy. Rooms are small, the TV is small and there are no safes in the rooms. I wasn't very satisfied with this hotel. The people are friendly but not very helpful.

I was in town for a sporting event at the Convention Center. This is about a 1.25 mile walk and they do not offer a shuttle to any site or the airport. The personnel were very helpful.

Never before have I paid so much for such a horrible experience. I booked a king size bed but was given a queen instead because when you book your room, you are just booking a room, not the type you actually booked (or so the person at the front desk explained). The valets were rude. The room was the smallest I've EVER been in (it was just big enough to hold a queen size bed and a tv stand and thats all) and it had no window. DONT STAY HERE!
