It's an architecturally interesting hotel (a former warehouse mixed with modern elements) that is clean. Our main issues concerned the desk staff when we checked in, and the parking garage. There were three people standing behind the desk when we checked in, yet only one person was helping the six customers waiting for service. The gentleman who helped us was more concerned with visiting with the other employees than with helping customers. The keycard entrance to the parking garage operated poorly, and it took two return trips to the front desk to find out first that the keycard reader at the garage was tricky to operate, and then finally that our card had been incorrectly programmed. Even after we received a correct keycard, it always took many attempts to open the gated entrance to the garage. Why wouldn't the staff volunteer such information ahead of time, or better yet, fix the card reader?
