Take your chances at the Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Convention Center. Some reviewers had a horrible time, others had a great time. One guest specifically complained that there was no free internet as advertised and the staff didn't even know what she was talking about, even when there was a sticker on the window. I am sure they've resolved this issue by now, and there weren't complaints of dirty rooms or anything, (Unforgivable hotel crimes in my opinion) There were complaints of noise, too.
