It seemed newly remodeled and done in wonderful materials. The courtyard was lovely and in New Orleans tradition located in the middle of the hotel for all to enjoy. The location is in the heart of the quarter close to the action and I recommend this place to everyone on a budget and needing a clean nice accommodation.

A very pleasant place to stay in the heart of the quarter. I recommended it to anyone.

Our room was by the elevator which you could hear.

For many visitors to New Orleans this Holiday Inn proved to be ideal. The boutique style property is just steps from Bourbon Street and the accommodation is reasonably priced and squeaky clean. There were some minor moans about the need for some modernization but many guests enjoyed the property just as it is. There were good reviews about the team of cheerful employees and as a result many guests said they planned to stay here again and had no problem recommending this hotel to fellow travelers.
