Each of the suites has a separate living room, sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. Items included with the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, a manager’s reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 75 guests. The inn has a 24-hour on-site market with a full range of snacks and beverages. The hotel is located n the Warehouse-Arts District. Area landmarks and attractions include numerous golf courses, the French Quarter, Harrah's Casino, the National D-Day Museum, Bourbon Street, the Superdome, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Canal Street, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, the Confederate Museum and a Six Flags theme park.

If you are looking for a quiet, spacious, clean hotel, a 10-minute walk from the French Quarter, then this is the place to stay. That is the opinion of several guests who frequently stay at this Residence Inn. Clients say the two-bedroom suites have lots of space and are ideal for a family group. There have been some complaints that some of the employees are not the happiest of people. Other, workers however, do their best to be efficient and friendly. All of the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional oven and microwave oven, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.
