We had a great room and such friendly employes. Especially William the door man.Everything was very clean and the beds and linens were wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel when it was a LeMeridien in the early to mid 90's. It was an exceptional hotel then and J.W. Marriott has continued the tradition.

stayed here for mardi gras and essence absoluetly beautiful and the service was outstanding restaurant is to die for. will always stay here when I visit new orleans

Very nice stay, very convenient to everything. Staff attentive and friendly. They seemed almost happy to be there. Rooms comfortable and well equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, iron etc.

Very nice hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Bed was so comfy didn't want to leave it. Could walk everywhere I needed to go. Great experience.

I never ran out of things to do as this hotel is located closely to many attractions. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing that I could find wrong was charging for highspeed internet.
