The JW Marriott in downtown New Orleans is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's beautifully decorated, the service is first class, the room was very comfortable, great exercise room and rooftop pool, and the location couldn't be better:close to Bourbon Street, right on Canal St., the St. Charles line right out front: it couldn't get any better.

This place is the tops! Terrific location, great service.

What I didn't like is that I had to check out!

It was a beautiful hotel, with a great location. I would strongly recommend staying there. I will love finding the opportunity to stay there again.

The facilities were fabulous. The staff was very helpful also.

We arrived at 4:00 pm, the room was not ready for 40 minutes.

Parking was not off Canal Street it was in back and a little confusing. The room was nice clean and had everything you would expect from a Marriot property. The close proximity to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter was fantastic and quite and easy walk. We stayed here prior to departure of our cruise and loved the location.

The hotel was in easy walking distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter.

Downtown New Orleans does not offer a wonderful view.
