Items included with the room rate at this non-smoking hotel are a continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access throughout the property, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and in-room coffee. Area landmarks and attractions include the New Orleans Convention Center, the Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena, the Riverwalk shopping area, Harrah's Casino, Aquarium of the Americas, the arts and warehouse districts, Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral, the French Market, the National WW II Museum and the New Orleans cemeteries.

Visitors to New Orleans who selected this Comfort Suites for their stay were pleased with their decision. The rates were affordable and the suites were well equipped. The location was great within easy walking distance of the French Quarter and the New Orleans Arena. The cheerful crew of employees did a great job helping new comers find their way around and had lots of helpful hints about dining and shopping. There were some minor moans that housekeeping could have done a better job. Despite this most clients said they would stay here again and had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers. All the rooms and suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, cable television with news and movie channels, telephone with voicemail, in-room safe, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board. Some rooms have a sofa sleeper. Handicap accessible rooms are available.
