stayed 3 days for business. the rooms were very unkepmt and everything needed to be replaced. one word-filthy.

it seems that since the tragedy of katrina hotels possibly forced to take on uncommon tennants have forgot manners all together. my room was disgusting and things like my towel rack were broken and hanging off the wall so i attempted to call the desk on my phone that didnt work because he could not hear me of course when i went downstairs he was busy talking to a lady friend of sorts. These are just some of my key points I would suggest the hotel invest in a little quality control !

Room was nice/ bed was good /really clean room &bathrm. Chair was wobbly. Front desk staff was great.Dinning room staff was very warm and attentive.Food was good that was available,cook had quit/ kit.in transition.Shuttle service and drivers needed more public relations trainning.Overall it was a good experience--hotel still in renavation stage--promises to be better after completion.

hotel discontinued shuttle service after 11:00 PM and because my flight was 2- 1/2 hours late. A hotel that calls itself a Sheridan New Orleans Airport means to the business customer shuttle service to and from the airport regardless of arrive time.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I was not given the room on my confirmation sheet. I had a confirmation for a non-smoking room with 2 double beds and was being given room with a king size bed. When I asked to be moved, I was told that only a smoking room was available. I had to wait around for a room and ended up with a handicap room with double beds. The hallways were filthy. The doors had scuffed kick marks. The bathroom door did not shut properly. There is no way this is a 3 star hotel.

There was a huge hole to outside around my air conditioner. I had to put the unit into place. Everything in the hotel is dated and doesn't quite work well, i.e. door locks, curtains, closet doors. The room was very clean though. Unless I could get an amazing deal, I will stay at another hotel in the area. Don't stay here because of the Sheraton name, it is not of that caliber.

My room was not very clean and the hotel seems dated. It does have a strange odor. The staff was friendly and professional, but they need to hire better cleaners.
