The staff is extremely helpful. Much of the hotel looks like it has been recently renovated. The lobby is beautiful.The hotel has a mold problem which makes various areas in the hotel stink. Public areas are clean and have interesting decor due to recent renovations. Some hallways smell of stale smoke. The bar is really nice and the food at this hotel is great all around. From Baton Rouge and New Orleans International Airport Take Interstate 10 East from Baton Rouge to Veterans Boulevard (Exit #225) or Airport Road from the airport. Turn left onto Veterans Boulevard and the hotel is on the right. From North From North of Lake Pontchartrain, take the Causeway South. Continue south to Interstate 10 West. Continue on Interstate 10 West to the Veterans Boulevard exit. Turn left on to Veterans Boulevard and the hotel is located on the right side. From Mississippi Take Interstate 10 West to New Orleans. Follow the signs for Baton Rouge while on I-10 and take Exit #225, Veterans Boulevard. Turn left onto Veterans Boulevard and the hotel is on the right. From South Follow Interstate 10 to the Veterans Boulevard (Exit #225). Make a left on Veterans Boulevard and the hotel is on the right.
