The entire place is well maintained and quiet. Breakfast is satisfactory. The surrounding area is still being rebuilt from Hurricane Katrina. Customer service is lacking even though the staff is generally friendly and as for the manager he is very rude and unhelpful. Overall the rates are pretty fair. The free shuttle from the airport is a plus.
