This is the first time I have stayed st a Radisson Hotel, I usually stay at Hilton's but the one at the airport was booked. I must say that the Radisson is far better than the Hilton in service and style. What really got me is the staff always asking how my stay is going and if I needed anything. The hotel is in great shape and extremely clean. I will sure be using the Radisson again and not just in New Orleans.

I made room reservations for out of town family and they could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed their stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and everything was new. the bed linens and the Sleep Number Bed really made the difference and it was more than what we expected. All the Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we we comfortble. Breakfast buffet was great and our kids really enjoyed the huge pool. We were very impressed and would recomend to anyone staying in New Orleans.

My company made my reservation and I had never stayed at adisson before. The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The restaurant was closed when I was there but the staff was quick to recommend several excellent places very close by. The pool is huge and the desk are was very nice. I'll be back and bring the family.

Stayed here about 2 years ago and hotel was jus OK. Stayed jus recently in May 06 and the hotel has undergone total renovation and really looks good. Got to sleep on a Sleep Number bed and it was the best I've ever slept. Front desk staff, houskeeping, restaurant and even the hotel management were all super friendly. Had never stayed Radisson before and I was relly impressed overall. I don't want to forget the pool, it is the best I've ever seen, big, very clean and nicely landscaped. What else can I say, you will love thie hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was OK but could do better in terms of responding to the problems to our room. Found a hair on an unused towel the 1st night and that was kinda disgusting. Location is good if you need a quick commute to the airport but there really is nothing around to eat or to do in the 5 mile radius.

I have been staying at another hotel in the area for the last year but now that this hotel is a Radisson and was completely renovated and is one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in the last year near the airport.

Under renovations while we were visiting, we obviously stayed in one of the older rooms. Room was absolutely filthy, disgusting. Bedding was cheap and scratchy, everything seemed to have a layer of grime, and the ceiling tiles were coming out of place in the bathroom. In fact, the ceiling in the bathroom was so low that I couldn't reach above my head in the shower to wash my hair! Overall, I felt very uncomfortable in the room. I didn't want to touch anything. I would never stay there again, because if the rooms are in that bad of a condition, they should not have had guests in them.

I HAVE BEEN TO N.O. TWICE SO FAR.AND WE HAVE STAYED HERE BOTH TIMES. AND I THINK IT IS A GREAT HOTEL. I GOT TO SEE THE NEW ROOMS AND THEY ARE VERY NICE AND CLEAN. SO I HOPE THE PEOPLE READING THIS WILL GIVE IT A SECOND CHANCE. WE WILL BACK IN MARCH 05 AND IM SURE I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.THE HOTEL LOCATION IS THE BEST YOU ARE BY ANY PLACE YOU WILL NEED AND MORE FROM HAIR PLACES TO RESTURANTS TO RENTAL CAR PLACES MORE HOTELS THE MALL SO I THINK THEY DESERVE A BETTER RATING THEN THE ONES IM READING.

The price was great and very close to the airport. When I arrived at the hotel I found out that it is under renovations to become a Radisson in March 05. Despite the construction that the hotel is under I was given a beautiful new room and the staff was very helpful and professional. If I ever return to New Orleans I would definitely stay here again and would refer to anyone planning on a trip to the Big Easy.
