Super comfortable beds, super nice staff, super conversational van driver, super CEO open to talk, super waitress and cook staff who did not act put out by a late arrival to their dining room. I loved these people. I felt like a neighbor.
Front desk man originally from Guatemala is a gem.

Overall, good experience but would have been somewhat upset by property deficiencies had, we not gotten such a good rate. Room service meals were good on previous business trip. A late breakfast at the restaurant, this time, was dried out, staff was attentive though and did there best to make us comfortable. Significant pooling of water in potholes of rear parking lot - bad if you have low profile tires.
Sleep number bed.
Loose toilet, broken elevator.

This hotel is the ideal lodging for business travellers. Airport transportation is great. Tiki bar looks great. The rates are competitive. The rooms are well set up and come with very comfortable bedding. Pool is great. The restaurant is delicious. The cafe is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
