Best Western New Orleans Inn at the Airport in Kenner Louisiana

Staff was wonderful! A little noise, but it's an airport hotel. Furniture was a little worn but the room was very clean, and smelled fresh. I would stay again.

I really expected more from Best Western. The room sufficed but if my wife had been with me we would have definitely gone somewhere else. The room smelled musty and it seemed old and rundown. I have stayed at other airport hotels and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I will say, however, the staff was very helpful and polite when I asked them anything.

I assumed that because the hotel was directly across from the airport that it would be in good condition. its a good location but not the best facility.

Registration staff were very friendly. Location was great for early morning airport check in, assuming you can sleep thru the noise. Bedding was too small and sheet kept popping off the bed. Railroad tracks nearby and trains ran all night. General room upkeep was shabby. Management needs to replace worn bedding and towels; improve housekeeping services. Could hear voices and even bathroom noises from the room next door. Won't stay here again.

Great location as it was right across from airport and rental car drop off. The rooms were clean and quiet. No problems with checking in as booked online. Staff was okay. Denny's was good and clean as well. Would stay here again.
