My stay at this hotel was lovely. It was conveniently located to fine and casual dining, shopping, and the Interstate. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings. Being able to access my email when needed was great.

The location was great. Easy access to the highway to the event I was in town for.

No waffles or pancakes at breakfast.

I was impressed with this hotel as soon as I walked in. It was very clean, well decorated and the air was smoke free! Not to mention it being conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping and downtown new Orleans!

Situated in great New Orleans, Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans/Elmwood serves as a relaxing retreat for both working travelers headed to one of the areas various opportunities for enjoyment and those looking explore local attractions including great jazz and delicious ethnic food. Although there are numerous chain restaurants nearby, guests can take advantage of a free continental breakfast thats served up daily in a comfortable breakfast nook. For guest convenience, room service and coin-operated laundry facilities are also offered. Elevators enable quick access to top floors. If guests have guests have belongings they just cant loose they can stick them in the hotels safety deposit box. The 24 hour front desk provides luggage hold services to all guests.

Great location that gives easy access to New Orleans great entertainment and dining opportunities. This hotel is managed in a very professional manner as the entire site is kept immaculate and all complaints are addressed in an efficient manner. The front desk is also very friendly and informative, particularly to leisure travelers. Accommodations are clean and features quality beds and bedding. Although the free breakfast is a tasty choice, it is served in relatively small area.
