Pleasant, edge of town place to stay when traveling through baton rouge.

Nice to have the extra space and refrigerator in room.

Not as fancy as other Springhill suites we've stayed in; smaller rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at its appearance my first stay at Springhill suites Baton Rouge, LA. Room was clean, comfy and even had the extras; small yet roomy in room kitchen facilities. Furniture couch/arm chair comfortable and nicely decorated. I felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice and fairly new. It had an indoor pool and hot tub, and I could not hear the guests next door once I settled in for the evening. It was fairly close to my destination and the staff was friendly. It was clean, and offered free WiFi in room as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends and strangers alike.

The 78 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott Baton Rouge South provides affordable spacious accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is close to downtown Baton Rouge and Tiger Stadium, home of the Louisiana State University football team. Items included in the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are five golf courses within easy driving distance of the hotel. Great value for money and a team of happy and helpful workers: That was the opinion of many guests at this Springhill Suites. The choices at the complimentary breakfast buffet were more than most people expected. Special touches that were noted were a pleasant indoor swimming pool and an exercise room with a television. Most travelers said they would use this hotel on future visits to Baton Rouge and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
