I thought the hotel was one of the best and convenient for the price. I will go again.

You couldn't check out of the hotel with the television.

I was very surprised after seeing the hotel that it was only 2 stars. It was definitely worth the money we spent for 3 nights. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was great for us and our son. The sofa made it feel more like home. The microwave and refrigerator came in very handy with our two-year-old. I will book this hotel again for any future visits.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, overall good quality.

The AC took awhile to cool off the room (the outside temp was near 100 degrees).

This Comfort Inn was formerly a Holiday inn Express. It has never received great reviews. They have been complaints about overpricing and the need for better housekeeping. We give this property the YES rating because throughout it all the employees here have been praised for their good efforts in providing helpful and efficient service. With a little reorganization about the rate structure and some additional TLC this could become a more popular hotel in Baton Rouge.
