Recently I have stayed at this hotel and Chase Suites right down the road. Although Chase was a classier hotel with friendlier and helpful people this hotel was a good hotel. This hotel staff was very professional, where as Chase was professional but also humorous and made you feel at home more. The suites at Chase seemed to look classier with better quality bedding. The suites overall at Chase look more for the executive then just for anyone. The suites at the Best Western was nice but can't compare to Chase.

Hotel is easy to get too and parking is great.

Could not find the ice machine on the second floor

The hotel had easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. I'm planning on staying there on my return trip back to my home.

The hot breakfast buffet was excellent!

There were mini-bars in the rooms, but they were not filled.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff. They were very helpful and also quiet. The hallway's kind of smelled a little, but the room was wonderful. The shower floor was very slippery and so was the Jacuzzi tub. Hard to get into and out of without falling.

Friendliness of the staff, the relaxed atmosphere.

The bathrooms need No slip or rougher surfaces in the showers, my husband and me both fell.

Best Western Richmond Suites Hotel´s greatest feature is its location as it makes an ideal jumping point for vacationers. Guests can indulge in a wide array of tourist activities which include visiting Louisiana State Capitol, USS Kidd World War II U.S or join a Swamp Tour. If feeling lucky, stop by Casino Rouge. If a serious shopper, you shouldn´t miss visiting Creekstone's Towne Center or the Mall of Louisiana. Business travelers will be happy to know that several corporate offices including Lamar, State Farm, Amedisys and Dow Chemical are close by. This site also serves as the ideal lodging for those visiting Louisiana State University students. Although the staff serves up a complimentary full breakfast each morning, guests can choose to eat out at one of the many restaurants located in the immediate area.

The hotel staff is comprised of very friendly individuals that keep this place clean and quiet all the time. These features extend to all guestrooms which, although rather simple, make comfortable retreats that include modern amenities. The property is located near popular attractions. Breakfast makes a perfectly adequate meal. The internet connection works faultlessly. The property itself is in excellent repair and displays beautiful landscaping and an inviting pool area.
