The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room, linens, bathroom were very clean and attractive. The pool was clean, a comfortable temperature, and open late enough for me to have a very relaxing swim when I arrived. The continental breakfast was very good, also.

The swimming pool was clean, a comfortable temp. and open late.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Easy to find off the interstate. WiFi, nice beds, pool and the breakfast make for a great stay.

The beds were excellent. The new breakfast bar is unbelievably good! The pool was very nice and the exercise options are good.

One side of the lot is unattractive.

Sadly this Holiday Inn gets more negative reviews than positive comments. We give is the 50-50 rating because it has a good location, close to the expressway and attractions, and the team of employees here tries hard under difficult circumstances. On the negative side, the rooms here could do with updating and some workers here need some training or should be looking elsewhere for a job. YES, if you can handle the fading furniture but NO if you are looking for top quality accommodation. Some guests say they will stay here again while others say they will look elsewhere on future visits to Winchester.
