The hotel was beautiful, service was friendly, room was spacious and clean, the hot complimentary breakfast was very good and convenient.

My girlfriend and I went to Louisville for a wedding. The Embassy Suites was a wonderful hotel. The employees were extremely helpful. The free happy hour and breakfast were great additions to the hotel.

The employees at the hotel were very helpful. And the free drinks and breakfast were great.

This was the best value for the money in a hotel that I have ever had. You could not ask for a nicer hotel.

Room was great, staff helpful, and breakfast was better than at most restaurants.

Room was beautiful as the lobby area.

The Embassy Suites Louisville hotel, a full-service hotel on North Hurstbourne Parkway, is a 15-minute drive from Louisville International Airport, Churchill Downs, 4th Street Live, Louisville Zoo, Nevel Meade Golf Course, Locust Grove Historic Home and downtown. The hotel offers a host of business conveniences, including a printer, free wireless internet and business phone, express mail, fax and photocopy services. Family travelers can request for playpens, high chairs, cribs and childrens menu. The Embassy is complete with a jogging track, fitness room, pool, convenience store, gift shop, coin laundry and an automated teller machine (ATM).

Free breakfast, evening snacks, parking and Wi-Fi complement its well-appointed suites and modern common amenities. Almost all visitors enjoyed their stay at the hotel. They were very happy with cleanliness, well-stocked bathrooms, cozy beds, free high-quality breakfast and managers reception, convenient parking, pool, complimentary Wi-Fi, business center and customer service. However, smoke smell in non-smoking room(s), noise, malfunctioning bathtub(s) and lack of hot water ticked a few guests off.
