The Hyatt was very nice and proximity to Downtown was great. We didn't have to drive anywhere for dinner/entertainment or breakfast.

Room was very nice, location was great.

Pool was to be open at 8AM-we woke up early to swim and it wasn't open-didn't open at 8:30 either. We didn't get to swim :(.

Entertainment Complex, is within walking distance of Kentucky Center for the Arts, Louisville Slugger Museum, Louisville Science Center, Actors Theatre and Belle of Louisville / Steamboat. Comfortably appointed accommodations, valet parking, laundry / dry cleaning facilities, eateries, pagers and cellular phones on rent, business center, hydro spa and many other facilities are available under one roof for convenience. Lionheart Gallery in the lobby level sells works of national and local artists, crafts, modern art and custom jewelry. For sundry items, Travel Traders is situated within the premises of the hotel. This conveniently located downtown hotel is a good place for tourists and business travelers. Most of the guests were happy with location, courteous and friendly staff, breakfast, clean and comfy rooms with adequate amenities, restaurant and spick and span bathrooms. But many of them did not like the cost of Internet. A few visitors were annoyed with rude staff, dark and dated lobby, overpriced amenities and smoke smell in non-smoking rooms.
