My wife and I spent 5 days in this hotel and we had to have the john plunged on 4 of those days. The john just wouldn't flush. We called several times for maintenance to come and fix the problem. The maintenance man used a plunger each time he came, but the john still would not flush properly. The hotel should have either fixed the john or given us another room in that hotel, or if it was fully occupied, give us a room in another nearby hotel.

I have to say that the rooms were not clean. Our bathroom was filthy! We are used to staying in very clean hotels. This was the first time we have tried out your chain and I have to say that I don't think I would ever try it again. I'm sorry to say that your hotel was very disappointing.

Very nice front desk staff, room clean, lovely courtyard, convenient to dining entertainment, and shopping. Just a perfect weekend away.

The room was excellent, but we thought there should be greater access to food in the locale, without having to leave the hotel.

This is a great hotel. Very clean, and they offer a great breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!

The attendant was swamped with new arrivals but she did very well. The management should have helped her more.

My wife and I have stayed here before and found it to be a good value. This trip however "Event" pricing and service was the rule. We were not in town for the "Event" however paid the premium as though extra insurance was required in order to accommodate a rowdy and unruly bunch. I am not sure if we will repeat though we are in the area often.

I enjoyed our stay. When traveling from Lexington to Henderson Ky with at stopover in Louisville for a play at Actor's Theatre I thought it would be a good idea to stay on the East side. What a lucky guess! The five o'clock traffic was backed up to the Hurstborne exit so I just got off Hwy 64 and went straight to the Courtyard. The front desk fellow was very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and pleasant with a nice couch and King bed although a bulb in a lamp was out and the toilet valve ran the whole time -( I left a note for housekeeping). Our housekeeper was very friendly and supplied us with a new box of Kleenix without question. The rate seemed to be a good that we got on-line. Steve McCarty
