the staff went out of their way to provide great service. Only issue we had wqas limited menu in room service, but restaurant manager offered to have chef prepare special items....very good

The rooms are dirty and very small staff was very rude and unhelpful Rooms are way to expensive for what you get and the location isnt the best unless you need to be at rupp

The hotel was nice, but the people blew me away with their care and generosity. Besides being close to the shopping mall at Rupp arena, there were tons of bars and nightlife within walking distance

We attended an Event at Rupp Arena. Hyatt being connected to it was perfect - for 24 hours we never had to leave the building - everything was at our finger tips. Room was huge - king bed - recently remodeled Will book again!

If you rate hotels by the lobby and location this hotel is very nice; the rooms however, don't rank above a 2-star! The beds are VERY hard and the sheets are too small! The maids overlap 2 full flats instead of a fitted queen! They pulled out within 5 minutes! We ended up sleeping on the bedspread of one bed with the blankets from the other as our covers! Ventilation is poor-either too hot/cold. We'll stay elsewhere next time! Pluses: nice restaurant, nice sports bar, nice location, nice shopping . . . just don't sleep here!

We enjoyed the location; we enjoyed your employees. We felt the hotel delivered what it promised. The hotel is older and needs some modernization. The bed was a firm king as stated and acceptable. The TV worked but the remote needed batteries. I would say we might look to the Radisson next time to see if the hotel was newer, but only if we wanted a new experience. I would come back again because of your employees. We were there for the 3rd and 4th of July festivities. Thanks for asking for our enjoyment, what we thought. All in all we had a fun time. We didn't dine out, or use your pool, exercises room. Next time maybe.
