I heard that this hotel had a full renovation done. Usually you hear that and you see lots of mistakes and material to cover up the old, but The Sheraton was Excellent! It was so perfect I was looking for mistakes. None found. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The Flat screen TVs were all High definition. The bed was great and the overall decor was an eye full.

This hotel has received a great makeover. Cozy lobby with fireplace and library. Large rooms with large HD tv's. New fitness equipment and lap pool. Confortable Bistro. GREAT Club Lounge.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to/from airport and car rental drop-off very convenient. I enjoyed my two-night stay.

The Radisson was in a great location, at the airport. Even though we were on a car trip, the main highways were easy to get to. The room was very nice and there was NO NOISE from the aiport, the room was very quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The atrium was beautiful, with a nice pool, hot tub and exercise facilities, nicely divided into smaller areas by half walls and greenery. We had a great stay! We liked the Cinci Zoo and Newport Aquarium. Would like to make another visit. The tower portion of the hotel has 2 elevators.

The hotel was close to the airport and provided shuttle service. However, be prepared to carry your stuff up the flights of stairs because there is no elevator!

It is an older hotel, but overall in good shape. Staff was pleasant. Indoor pool and hot tub was a great convenience. Room was clean. The grounds are kept neat. The only thing that caught my eye was that some of the interior doors did not line up well. No difficulty opening or shutting, but noticeably off. We had a nice stay. An exceptional value.

One of the most awful hotels and hotel experiences ever. Reservation incorrect. Rude check-in. Filthy, run-down rooms, with stained and torn bedding. Broken toilet seat. Unwashed --- literally! --- dishes. Poor food. Extremely limited restaurant hours and unbelievably slow service. NO service in smoke-choked bar. Gift shop never open and no hours posted. No security at all. NEVER AGAIN!
