Great experience except for the night clerk. She shouldn't act like she's doing us a favor by giving us a room. She needs to learn the old saying. Service with a smile. Or get a new job. All the other clerks were great. The room service was fantastic and the morning breakfast was super. All in all we will be back. Thanks a million.

Very clean. Good food. Nice room.

The night desk clerk needs attitude adjustment. Should learn to smile and take the bug out.

The Hampton Inn in Franklin, Kentucky is surrounded by many interesting things. The town of Franklin was named in 1778 for Benjamin Franklin. You can visit the Franklin Public Library only minutes from this hotel. This town has a variety of beautiful Victorian, Gothic, Second Empire and Queen Anne homes. If you want to go shopping there are plenty of stores such as the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. They have 170 stores and are only three miles away from this hotel. If your interested in American history than you'll want to visit the National Monument to the Forefathers. It's an 81-foot-tall monument which benefited from restoration efforts as part of the Hampton Hotels Save-A-Landmark Program. Other places you may want to visit that are not to far from this hotel are Old Hickory Lake, Grand Ole Opry and the Public Theatre of Kentucky.
