I have stayed at multiple Courtyard by Marriott, but this was better. They had a really nice breakfast (including hot food) available for free, which Courtyards do not provide. If I had to choose between Springhill Suites and a Courtyard, I'd take Springhill Suites!

Room had a kitchen It was clean and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast was provided.

This hotel was very clean and definitely classy. The staff was very friendly. We had the continental breakfast and I would say it could not be beat! The location was very easy to get to- right off of the highway. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel felt like home. Great atmosphere! Friendly and welcoming staff! :).

All the suites at this SpringHill Suites by Marriott Overland Park have separate sleeping, eating and working areas. The four-story, non-smoking hotel has 102 suites designed for the longer stay business or leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed wireless Internet access, in-room tea and coffee, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property is less than a mile from the Sprint Campus. Other area landmarks and attractions include the Union Station family entertainment center, Arrowhead Stadium, Overland Park Convention Center the riverboat casinos, KS Speedway and NASCAR Race Track, the Worlds of Fun and Ocean of Fun theme parks, the Kansas City Zoo and shopping at Oak Park Mall and the Town Center Plaza.

Families rated this SpringHill Suites highly. They said the rooms were well equipped and enabled some light in-room cooking and the swimming pool was ideal for younger members to enjoy. Many guests said the front desk staff was efficient and helpful with good tips about the best places to shop and dine.
