The hotel is in a very good location, the rooms are clean and they had recently shampooed all the carpets. I think that breakfast should be included for the guests. At least, there could be some accommodations, if not the full breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness and location of the hotel.

In choosing this motel, I believed that the breakfast was included; however I was told that it was not included in my package. I did not like this.

Earlier complaints that this Marriott was starting to look tired and dated have stopped since the hotel has completed a $25 million renovation. Now its all good comments about the modern rooms with state of the art gizmos and flat panel televisions. Many guests say the rates are affordable considering the luxury facilities and accommodation. The impressive lobby was a welcoming site for many travelers who say this will be their hotel of choice on future visits to Overland Park.
