I wished I had checked in earlier so as to truly enjoy all the amenities this hotel had to offer. However, my time, my night spent there was wonderful. The quality of the furnishings and the beds were exceptional. Everything was fresh and clean. Not to mention how spacious the rooms were and the bathroom. They were the best.

Very clean and Excellent beds. The room was also roomy and nice lighting. Exceptional comfort and quality.

No food vending machines on the floor.

Overall, this hotel is one that suits my needs. It's clean, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the rooms are spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this location. It's not too far from the freeway and there is a host of major department stores within a few blocks. This hotel definitely receives a 10 from me!

I loved the staff, cleanliness, and the room itself.

The breakfast being offered was an additional charge.

The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Overland Park is close to the area attractions and provides affordable quality accommodation for both the business and pleasure traveler. Most visitors to Overland Park who selected this Courtyard for their stay were delighted with their choice. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The rates were competitive with neighboring properties and most clients say they would return to this hotel again. The helpful team of employees earned praise for being prompt and polite. However there were clients who said the hotel didnt measure up to normal Courtyard standards and said they would look for a different property on future visits to the area.
