I loved the cleanliness of this hotel. My room felt like it was brand new, although they told me this hotel had been there 2 years. I am kind of funny about staying where I know others have stayed before me, and I felt completely fine. My daughter, who goes to college in Coffeyville, did tell me that professors told students to not go into this part of town, because it was unsafe, and I have to say, the neighborhood up to and surrounding this hotel did look bad. It is on one of the main highways though, which is good. The outside of this hotel stunk really badly, and daughter said it is because of the nearby refinery. I actually was surprised to find such a nice place to stay in such a small town, out in the rural of Kansas. I would gladly stay there again, and would recommend it to others going to Coffeyville.

It was so clean; I felt it was brand new. I felt very comfortable.

Smell of nearby oil refinery. College daughter says bad part of town. Warned not to go there by profs.
