I have stayed in many Fairfield Inns so I was a bit surprised when my room did not get cleaned and I had no control over when the air conditioner shut off.

Fantastic complementary breakfast with waffles and the staff were wonderful as well as the comfort of the bed and the great soft water for showers.

Behind Taco John's, which we love to eat at & the complimentary breakfast every morning.

The 102-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Des Moines West has easy access to I-80 and I-35 and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business traveler or families on vacation. Items included in the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, a managers reception on Monday through Thursday evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two rooms available for business or social meetings. The larger can accommodate 50 guests. Most travelers who stayed at this Fairfield Inn said they would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped and the employees were very friendly and efficient. Free Internet was available in all rooms and if you didnt bring your laptop there are computers available in the lobby. The location was good, near shops and restaurants, and the rates reasonable. Families here to see the sights said their children made good use of the indoor swimming pool.
