We thought the overall hotel was excellent. Although when we checked in at almost 8 pm, we had to wait because the staff wasn't sure if our room was ready! Then when we finally reached our room after a long day from our wedding, we were placed in a room next to a crying baby that cried all night long, didn't really set the romantic mood we were looking, we understand this is not the hotels responsibility, but it would have been nice to have been placed somewhere else in the hotel. We did visit champs which are one of our favorite restaurants and our service there was excellent!

The remolding and the great new restaurant, Champs.

We stayed the night of our wedding and were put in a room next to a crying baby, not very romantic!

This hotel is absolutely immaculate throughout, which can be attributed to a very friendly and professional staff. Accommodations are very well maintained and offer plentiful space to move around. The suites available are very comfortably appointed. Wonderful recreational facilities are available for a variety of people to revel in.The swimming pool is well-kept and makes an ideal hang out spot for families. The breakfast area is large and pleasantly put together. However, the hotel is a little far from downtown.
