This was a good hotel for a budget stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The furniture is pretty utilitarian, but hey, I don't see it when I'm sleeping and I wasn't in the room all that much. There was confusion on my part regarding the payment method when I checked in, but the staff was extremely patient helping me figuring it out.
Extremely helpful check in staff. Comfy beds.
Skimpy pickings at the breakfast buffet. No fruit.

Regular visitors to Cedar Rapids say that this Comfort Inn offers great value for money. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the beds comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. Many clients were impressed with the prompt and efficient service they received from the front desk and said that the breakfast buffet made a great start to a day in Iowa. First time visitors said they had no problem recommending this hotel to fellow travelers and said they would stay here themselves on future visits to the area.
