The only problem reported was during a reservation cancellation. Apparently, if you need to cancel, you will have to call their customer service line, and the representatives you speak to may not be able to provide great service.
Guests have been fitted into rooms quickly, the staff at the hotel has been helpful, and the services and food options have been top notch.
