The hotel was nice. The management is not available on weekends for problems. They expect the staff on duty to do the best they can do. They do not have roll away beds.

Even though the hotel was nice & clean with a friendly staff, I will not be staying here again. You can not smoke in this hotel; you get the leftover rooms when the hotel is fully booked. You are at the mercy of the hotel & they can give you whatever they want. We got a (1) bed handicapped room which was not what we needed. These are the reasons I gave it a low 2-star rating.

Nice TV, soft beds & lots of pillows.

There are not any smoking rooms. Showers do not have hot water.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. I stay in a hotel 2 weeks out of every month and I will stay here again when I'm in this area.

Many travelers who stayed at this Fairfield Inn said it was a good basic hotel with a friendly and efficient team of employees. Several guests said it was worth spending more for a suite with its added space and amenities. Those in town for a concert at the nearby Verizon Wireless Amphitheater said this was the ideal place to stay. Those who had stayed at other properties in the area said this was the best place in town. Most clients had no problem in recommending this inn to others.
