The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Merrillville is located southeast of downtown Chicago and comprises 78 suites designed for the extended stay business or pleasure traveler. Each of the suites at this three-story, non-smoking hotel has a fully-equipped kitchen with separate living and sleeping areas. Those here for extended stays say this Residence Inn was ideal. There were many complements for the manager who led a crew of crew of helpful and efficient employees. The rooms were cleaned well and promptly every day, the beds were comfortable, the full American breakfast enjoyable, the televisions new and the rates were reasonable. Most clients said they would return to this inn on their next visit to Merryville and would recommend the property to others.
