The 108-room Holiday Inn Express Suites City Center is two blocks south of the Indiana Convention Center and provides quality affordable accommodation equally suited to the business traveler or vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this six-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee and a morning newspaper. A shuttle service is available in the immediate downtown area for a nominal fee. The property is a 20-minute ride from the Indianapolis International Airport. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 50 guests. Visitors to Indianapolis who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express say it is an excellent hotel with modern well-equipped rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts and close to Interstate 70. Many appreciated the on-site Suite Shoppe and said this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to the area. All the guestrooms and 30 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, flat screen HD television with cable news and movie channels, coffeemaker, two telephones with voicemail, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Connecting rooms, rollaway beds and cots are available. The suites have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave oven, and a whirlpool bathtub.
