Where do we start. They gave away our room, offered us lower accomadations at the same price. Room service was HORRIABLE! Tried to hide the fact they ran out of Wheat bread by put a slice of wheat on top and white on bottom also gave us the top core of the tomotato! Assistant Hotel manager was down right rude and condescending! I will NEVER stay here again! BEWARE of this hotel!!!!

Hotel was being renovated. That was o.k. but room was very musty smelling.

The A/C in the room was broken and would not stop blowing. You have to call the front desk to change the temp. The iron was broke and the second iron was broke also. The shower did not work properly.

Again, another place I've stayed the night before flying out of IND. Conference facilities look awesome, nice appointments in lobby. Another couple had some confusion over the shuttle time to the airport...it's a mile away, and you cannot walk to it.
