Marriott Indianapolis Downtown in Indianapolis Indiana

We lodged here for a convention. The hotel is tastefully decorated. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. The convention facilities were ample. The only disappointing items were the size of the pool, way too small for a hotel of this size. The beds are very comfortable, but in a Marriott, I expected a double to be queen size, not a double bed. The location is great, adjacent to the convention center and many dining establishments. You can walk for blocks inside covered skywalks from building to building to access a mall and other hotels. I would stay here again.

Convient to shopping, sports, conventions w/crossover to all three sites. Welcoming and friendly staff. Impressed!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms comfortable. The staff is so friendly and informed. Will stay there whenever I am in town.

I was disappointed with my reservations.I booked this room for our anniversary, I asked for a smoking room and my reservations were confirmed as a smoking room. When we arrived at the hotel my rooms had been changed. I was told they had no smoking rooms available.We were expecting to be spending a lot of time at the hotel in our room. But we didn't, we ended up leaving for the evening dining out and staying longer than we had anticipating. I chose this hotel due to the 4 star rating. What happened?
