Attended the Brickyard and the location and price could not be beat. Rooms and hotel itself were very clean. It was very nice.

The room was not clean when I arrived. The 5th floor smelled of urine. I was gone all day, came back at 5 pm and the room had not been clean. Had to take out my own trash (carry-out food from day before) The carpet was so nasty your feet felt like they would stick to it. Had to set at dirty table every morning for breakfast. Filthyist place I have ever stayed.

Room was very nice and clean! It accomodated the five of us well. I would definitely stay there again.

There were problems with the toilet not flushing right. Also, low water pressure and the damn smoke detector kept beeping ~ called front desk and a guy came up and disconnected it.

Very nice hotel, frientdly staff, Unfortunately bad plumbing, Hot Water was inconsistant with low pressure. Toilet backed up but was promptly fixed. Over all clean room but no liners in trash bins and no new toilet paper when first booked room. persistant smell in hallway, probably cleaner but unpleasant. Probably give it one more try.

Breakfast bar ends too early (9.00am), Room had odor, sheets seemed damp, Wake up call didn't go off, front desk seemed clueless, Was told that both managers were on vacation. Definitely sullied our Christmas holiday:(

Our stay at the AMERSUITES, airport area in Indianapolis was excellent. It was easy to get to the city, the room was clean and comfortable ( the only problem was that the AC unit was rather loud and when turned on high AC the unit was TOO noisy to leave at that level). The full breakfast was EXCELLENT and check in was done in an expedient manner. It was noticeble that AMERSUITES hotel was short of staff, but the staff that was there were efficient and friendly
