Everything was really nice and met my expectations, except the valet parking was expensive.

Nice lobby area. I felt safe in the parking garage. Front desk staff was very friendly - as were the room service people (on the phone and in person).

Room was very large and nicely decorated - very nice bathroom; I really liked that all of the smoking rooms were only on one floor (I?m non-smoker).

Noisy room - from the elevator traffic; price for parking was unexpected.

The Hilton Indianapolis hotel, a ten-minute drive from the Indianapolis International Airport, boasts outstanding service. This pet-friendly hotel with AAA-3 Diamonds rating has everything for a comfortable stay. Almost all visitors were happy with everything. They appreciated personable and helpful staff, spacious well-appointed clean rooms, cozy beds, yummy food at the 120 West Market Grill and seafood restaurant, pool, fitness facility and location. However, a few guests griped about small pool and hot tub, parking and refrigerator fee, lack of cleanliness and poor service.
