Our family had a very nice stay. It made for a great way to start our Labor Day weekend . The proximity to the events made things quite convenient. The chocolate fondue fountain and fruit was a nice treat.

Hotel was nice. Standard rooms, nothing spectacular. Room service was quick. Great location to lots of restaurants and the mall. Actually connected to the RCA Dome so we didn't even have to go outside.

we finaaly picked a good one... stayed 5 days with not a glick.turn down service with choc and morning coffee, juice and a newspaper of choice. excellent rate and the downtown was fun and safe

Hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent. Close to night life, connected to Circle Center Mall, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The room could have been bigger, especially the bathroom, but overall it was adequate for the time we actually spent in the room.

We had a small glitch with our reservations, but the hotel staff personally took care of everything and we friendly and kind about it. Our room had a great view and was much larger than friends who stayed in a neighboring hotel. Note: Don't use the internet on the TV, it is a nice touch, but not worth the $12.00 until the bugs get worked out of it.

I want to start by telling everyone how friendly your ENTIRE staff is..from the front desk and door men...to the housekeeepers and maintance people. Every single employee I saw in the hall or anywhere within the hotel had a smile on their face and said "Hello...Have a Nice Day" The price was reasonable in comparison to hotels near by but the service made it worth even more. We had friends in other hotels in town at the same time as we where here and they paid as only a few dollars less then us but where not at all happy with their stay. Thank You to everyone there.

The location of the Omni is perfect, however, I expect more from a 4 star hotel. Upon arrival, there was a foul odor in the lobby and we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. When we told the reservationist what happened, we discovered that she had written down the incorrect room number and didn't even attempt to make an apology. In addition, the floor we were on boasted holes in the hallway walls and crumbling wallpaper. Not impressed. Would not recommend.
