As long as you are not planning to spend any time in your room, this is a fine hotel. The lobby area is very nice and the accessibility to the Fashion Mall is great. However, the guest room did not meet our expectations. The bathroom had part of the ceiling falling down and the comforter had lumps in out from trying to wash it in the washing machine. Not a horrible hotel, but don't be surprised when your first impression doesn't hold true once you see your room.

The hotel location is great! The staff is friendly and the rooms are decent in size as well as generally clean, although the bathtub was stained and dirty. The room was older with a 2 month old HBO guide and no hotel binder. The fitness room is not in the hotel and there is a charge. The indoor pool was not heated, or kept at a cold temp. Can't beat the location for a fun shopping trip in Indianapolis though!

The location was excellent and the front desk staff was helpful.

The bathtub was stained and dirty; outdated info on the amenities on the web and in room. Charges for gym not listed on web or in hotel info.

It was in a great location. The staff were first rate. The lobby, restaurant, and bar were very nice. The rooms were quite dated. Furniture had lots of scratches and dents. Bathroom fixtures very dated. Signs of rust beginning to show through in spots on the ceiling. Bed was comfortable and linens were current and fresh.
