About the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

Recently renovated and upgraded the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis provides luxury and full services for the business traveler as well as ensuring the leisure guest has plenty to enjoy. This 497-room property is downtown, attached to the city’s Convention Center and within easy walking distance of the RCA Dome. The hotel has 25,000 square feet of meeting space for seminars and conferences. The new fitness center has the latest in equipment and the property’s new revolving restaurant has become a local landmark. For shoppers there is a skywalk to the Circle Center Mall which in addition to stores and boutiques has a full range of restaurants..

Location, location are the words that most former guests mention when they report on their stay here. The property is within walking distance of the stadium and there is a covered walkway to a large shopping mall. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis Accommodations

The rooms have views of either the Indianapolis skyline or the spectacular 21-story atrium. There is a choice of one king-size or two double beds and amenities include modern bathroom with granite sinks and hair dryer, iPod dock, work area with Internet access and high-backed executive chair, satellite TV, coffee maker, refrigerator and dual line phones with voicemail and speakerphone. All rooms are non-smoking except on the fifth floor.

Amenities offered

Eagle's Nest is the hotel’s new revolving restaurant voted the most romantic restaurant in Indianapolis. Special dishes include crusted pork tenderloin, lobster and Indiana duck. Less expensive is the hotel’s One South which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Massage services are available at the fitness center which includes a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. There are soda and ice machines throughout the property and the 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes. The modern business center can provide secretarial help. Room services is available from 6am to midnight.

From Indianapolis International Airport (8 miles): Take I-70 East to downtown. Exit at Illinois St. North (79B). Proceed to Washington St. Turn left. Go one block to Capitol Ave. Turn left. The hotel is on the left. From Chicago: Take I-65 South to the West Street exit (#114). Continue straight off of the exit ramp to New York Street (5 blocks). Turn left on New York Street and continue to Capitol Avenue (3 blocks). Turn right on Capitol Avenue. Continue for 3 blocks -- the Hyatt is on the left-hand side of the street between Washington Street and Maryland Street. From Ft. Wayne: Travel South on I-69 to Indianapolis. At the I-465 interchange, take I-465 South. Continue South on I-465 to I-70 West. Continue on I-70 to Downtown Indianapolis and exit on Ohio Street. Continue on Ohio Street for approximately 11 blocks to Capitol Avenue. Turn left on Capitol Avenue. Continue for 2 blocks -- the Hyatt is on the left-hand side of the street between Washington Street and Maryland Street
