First night I was put in a room where the mattresses sagged and the air conditioner did not cool well but worse made so much noise that it kept waking me up every hour or so. The next day I was transferred to another room and it was much better.

The rooms were perfect for our needs. We had 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my mother & father (80 and 84 yrs. old). My dad is legally blind, handicapped (amputee), and my mom has problems walking any distance. My husband is also handicapped and walks with a cane. The very helpful staff put us right across from the elevator and this made our stay, albeit a short one, a very pleasant and as painless (walking wise) as possible. We always enjoy staying at this hotel, wherever we go.

Only had Pepsi products in vending. My dad wanted Coke.

Previous guests at the Fairfield Inn and Suites By Marriott Indianapolis Airport have reported that the rooms were clean and the bedding comfortable. Guests enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts, and were pleasantly surprised to have so many options to choose from. Visitors reported easy check in and check out and found that the hotel staff were receptive to their needs for things like extra towels and extra blankets. Guests also enjoyed that this hotel was located so close to the local attractions. Most of the guests stated that if they were to visit the area again, they would enjoy a second visit to this hotel. One guest complained of ants, but it seemed to be a unique experience. Staff kindly moved them.
