The smoke free Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Indianapolis Northwest/Park 100 is conveniently located on the northwest side of Indianapolis directly off I-465 at 71st St. This is one of the largest corporate/industrial areas of Indiana and the hotel is right next to the newly opened Intech Office Park. If you're traveling for pleasure or simply want to add a little pleasure to your business travel, you'll appreciate the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Indianapolis Northwest/Park 100's close proximity to area attractions, including Eagle Creek State Park, Sport Zone and Midwest Sports Complex, Indianapolis Children's Museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indiana Raceway Park, the Indianapolis Zoo, Circle Centre Mall, Conseco Field House, Victory Field, and the RCA Dome. Within 1 mile you can dine at Max & Erma's, Galahad's, Gatsby's, McDonald's, Wendy's, Steak 'n Shake or Bob Evans.

Two thirds of the online reviews for the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Indianapolis Northwest/Park 100 are negative. Normally, I would recommend a courtyard, because Marriott has such high standards, but this one doesn't seem to be managed well. Complaints (which were not responded to by the management) included that guests were allowed to smoke in the rooms (event hough the hotel has a smoke free policy) and that the staff wasn't friendly or welcoming and that they lied to a guest and wouldn't allow him to switch rooms after discovering that the neighbors were smoking. Another guest complained of paint fumes, and attributed it to a recent renovation. None of the guests complained of dirty bedding, so if this is your last resort, at least it's clean.
