The staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are great. The rooms are very large. Free internet service in the lobby is wonderful.

Wonderful experience. Very welcoming staff who could answer questions. The staff makes or breaks a stay and they had some people interested in making it a customer-friendly experience for us, even while waiting for the room. More than 1 staff person available which I liked.
Staff very helpful; kind to my elderly parents.
We had to wait until after 5pm for our 2nd room b/c we had asked for a room with 2 Queen beds.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was conveniently located to our relatives and was everything we needed. Liked the sofa bed in the room so we had a place to sit rather than another bed.
I could open the window and it looked out onto a courtyard. Loved that about our room.
Would have liked the window to be bigger.

The Courtyard by Marriott Goshen has mostly favorable reviews, however apparently they stop serving breakfast at 9:00 in the morning. I can't imagine finishing breakfast that early especially on vacation. There's also no elevator so if your room is upstairs you need to climb the staircase to get to it. One guest reports that there's no vending machine on site so if you check in late or want a snack for any reason you have to go a few blocks up the road to Wal Mart. The rooms, however, were clean and well maintained and the staff was reportedly friendly. I would recommend it, but be aware of what you're getting into and try not to sleep in.
