Staff tried to be accommodating. A smoke odor came through under the door next to me even though these rooms are to be non-smoking rooms. I found a panties on the floor after I checked into the room. They had a cupboard to get food, and did not offer a complimentary breakfast of any kind.

Nothing.

Smelled smoke in a non-smoking room. Not as clean as desired.

The cost was better than I expected. The hotel staff was very friendly. My family and I enjoyed the hotel stay enough to add one night to our stay. Though there was no breakfast of sorts - there is a honors snack and vend area that was satisfying between meals.

They allowed my dog and the charges were lower than I expected.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The shower was wimpy.

Candlewood Suites is a decent all-suite hotel that provides excellent services and amenities. Valet service is available at this hotel and if you are in Fort Wayne without a car, there is a car rental desk at the lobby. The hotel personnel are multilingual making it possible for non-English speakers to communicate to the staff what they want. The rooms are beautiful and they are spotless too.
