The staff was outstanding, the rooms very comfortable, attractive, and clean, the hot breakfast was excellent. Overall, I believe the hotel surpassed it's star rating.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.

Nice friendly desk staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends, and might book there again myself. Wasn't very happy about the 9 a.m. wake up from housekeeping banging on the door. Seems pointless to wake up people on the day they are checking out at noon to clean their rooms at 9 a.m.

Hotel was located in a easy to find location. Very clean and decorated nicely.

Hotel only had two luggage carts. We waited for an hour to check out and finally had to make several trips to get our luggage off of the third floor.

Excellent quality hotel! Room was perfectly setup to accommodate a lengthy stay. Great facilities and very comfortable furniture. Outstanding shower.

Excellent suite-quality rooms and great breakfast.

Access to and from requires some u-turns.

With spacious and recently renovated apartment style suites, the Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Wayne Southwest will make provide a fully appointed home away from home for groups of all sizes. The spacious and thoughtfully furnished rooms are large enough to accommodate extended stays and have regular maid service. When guests are not exploring the area's many attractions, which include a children's zoo, the Glenbrook Mall, and the Lincoln Museum, the hotel offers a variety of business services guaranteed to please the most discriminating traveler. The staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every visitor has the best possible experience. Although it is close to the area's major attractions, the Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Wayne Southwest is in a quiet, established area with a neighborhood atmosphere. If you are planning a vacation or business trip to the area, this may be the perfect hotel for you.
